The Vineyard

  • Vineyard

We cultivate organicly 150 acres of local and international varieties in Kolindros, at Pieria. This is also the area of the Monastery of “Agios Athanasios”.

  • The Place

The vineyard is ensconced within profound gorges, rendering it a historically 'fortified and inaccessible' haven. Embraced on its southern, eastern, and western fronts is the 'Great Pierian Forest,' a name bestowed in ancient times for its abundance of resplendent century-old trees, including beech, oak, chestnut, fir, pine, and plane trees.

  • Destination

The Pierian Mountains (Olympus Mountain) gently meet the Aegean sea at their nearest point, reaching an altitude of nearly 400 meters where Kolindros resides..
